About Your Dietitian

Caitlin Mc Manus
Accredited Practising Dietitian
With years of experience as a dietitian primarily in the community, Caitlin has supported a wide range of cohorts to achieve their health and nutrition goals. Her background as a national-level swimmer showed her the importance of fuelling the body appropriately, while growing up in a large family highlighted the social and cultural importance of food. This combination of experiences drives her passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life through evidence-based nutrition.
Caitlin particularly enjoys working with people living with neurological conditions such as MS, MND, dementia, and stroke recovery. She has extensive experience with complex needs including texture modification, enteral nutrition, and multifaceted medical considerations. She's also passionate about building a sports nutrition cohort, particularly working with young athletes to prevent undernutrition-related injuries and support healthy relationships with food and body image.
Our Approach
Our approach is always evidence-based and highly individualised. We take into account what you do and do not want to change, your preferences, past experiences, and current circumstances. What Sets Dietetics Apart
Dietetic support is personalised and practical - it's not about strict diets or perfection. Appointments are tailored to your individual goals, preferences, medical needs, and lifestyle, focusing on realistic changes that can be maintained long term. A common misconception is that dietetics is only about weight loss, but in reality, it's about improving health, function, and quality of life through evidence-based nutrition, supporting people across a wide range of conditions and life stages.
Your goals matter. Your preferences matter. Your lifestyle matters.
