These floor-based group exercise classes are designed to enhance your physical wellbeing through a balanced mix of strength training, conditioning, and flexibility exercises, incorporating physio-led functional training and Pilates moves. Each session is crafted to stretch and strengthen your muscles, improve joint mobility, and boost muscle blood flow, ensuring your body can perform at its best, whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to prevent injury, or enhance your daily movement. The exercises are low-intensity yet effective, focusing on increasing your range of motion and flexibility, so you can move with ease and confidence in both your workouts and everyday life.

NB: Easily adapted to your mobility and fitness levels. Classes are kept small, so everyone can benefit.

$30 per person, per class. 45 minutes. Bookings essential. Please wear socks and clothes you can move freely in. Bring water bottle. Mat provided.

About Daniella Boccaccio, instructor

Daniella is an experienced and professional physiotherapist with a background in aged care, private practice, and community-based physiotherapy.

With a passion for movement, she is a professional dancer and dance teacher and lives by her favourite thing in life: inspiring and encouraging people to move better and recognise what their bodies can do.

She is a member of the APA.
