Promotion Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: Entry is open exclusively to attendees of the Positive Ageing Summit.
The Prize: One winner will receive a FREE 8‑Hour Package with an Altaira Accredited Practising Dietitian.
Scope of Services: The 8‑hour package includes all service delivery time, including consultation, travel (if applicable), and report writing or documentation associated with the engagement.
Use of Prize: The prize may be used personally by the winner or redeemed for services delivered to the winner’s organisation.
Service Location: Services may be redeemed onsite at the winner’s nominated location (pending suitability and location), at Altaira’s Campbelltown‑based clinic, or via Telehealth.
Draw Date: The prize will be drawn on 22 May 2026.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within five (5) business days of the draw.
Redraw Provision: If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, Altaira reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Booking & Availability: Services must be booked for a mutually agreed‑upon time and are subject to availability.
Redemption Period: The 8‑hour package must be fully redeemed on or before 1 August 2026.

Information will be used for the administration of the promotion and promotional communications from Altaira. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
General Conditions: Altaira reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion or amend these Terms & Conditions if required due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Altaira’s decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability: To the extent permitted by law, Altaira is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant arising from or in connection with this promotion.
