Terms & Conditions – Anytime Fitness Zero Day Dietetics Package Giveaway

In celebration of Altaira Allied Health's involvement in the Anytime Fitness Zero Day on Wednesday, 19 August 2026, Altaira Allied Health is giving one lucky winner the opportunity to receive a FREE Dietetics Package with an Altaira Accredited Practising Dietitian, valued at $225.

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Altaira Allied Health ("the Promoter").

2. Promotional Period

The promotion commences on Monday 3 August at 12:00am ACDT and concludes on Thursday 20 August 2026 at 11:59pm ACDT ("Promotional Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who complete and submit their details via the promotional landing page during the Promotional Period.

Employees of Altaira Allied Health and their immediate family members, agencies directly associated with the conduct of this promotion, suppliers, contractors, and any businesses involved in the administration of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Requirements

• Entry is free.
• Participants must complete the promotional entry form in full during the Promotional Period.
• Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
• Additional entries submitted by the same individual will be invalid.
• Promotion is open to everyone. You do not need to be an existing Altaira Allied Health client or an Anytime Fitness member to enter.
• By submitting this form t enter the Promotion, you consent to receive marketing communications, updates, and promotional offers from Altaira, with the understanding that you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying with "opt out". All personal information will be handled in accordance with Altaira’s Privacy Policy.

5. Prize

The prize consists of:

FREE Dietetics Package with an Altaira Accredited Practising Dietitian

• Initial Dietetics Assessment Consultation
• Follow-Up Review Consultation

Total prize value: $225 AUD

6. Prize Conditions

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The prize must be used solely by the winner.
• The consultations must be conducted at an Altaira Allied Health clinic or via an approved Altaira telehealth service, subject to availability.
• All consultations included in the package must be completed by 31 December 2026, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter.
• Standard appointment cancellation and rescheduling policies apply.

7. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected on Friday 21 August at 10.00am via electronic random selectiona of all valid entries received during the Promotional Period.

The draw will take place within seven (7) days of the promotion closing using a random winner selection tool.

8. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry within one week of the draw. 

The winner's name may be published on our social media accounts after notificiation. 

All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner.

9. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner:

• cannot be contacted,
• does not respond within fourteen (7) days of notification,
• declines the prize, or
• is deemed ineligible,

the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw. If required, a redraw will take place on Monday 31 August at 10.00am and the redraw winner will be notified within 7 days via email and phone.

10. Privacy

Entrants' personal information will be collected and managed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this promotion and contacting the winner.

By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for:

• technical malfunctions,
• lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdirected entries,
• any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Any guarantee or warranty provided is in addition to any rights available under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and applicable consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any non-excludable statutory rights.

13. Variation and Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, subject to any applicable laws.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By entering this promotion, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
