These floor-based group fitness classes are designed to enhance your physical wellbeing through a balanced mix of strength training, conditioning, and flexibility exercises, incorporating physio-led functional training and Pilates moves.
Each session is crafted to stretch and strengthen your muscles, improve joint mobility, and boost muscle blood flow, ensuring your body can perform at its best, whether you are recovering from an injury, wanting to prevent injury, or enhance your daily movement.
The exercises are low-intensity yet effective, focusing on increasing your range of motion and flexibility, so you can move with ease and confidence in both your workouts and everyday life.
Experience the benefits of a comprehensive workout that not only strengthens your core and limbs but also amplifies your body's movement through stretch. Learn to move in a healthy way, reduce pain, improve body awareness, and reinforce proper movement principles.
Led by an expert physio and dance teacher, these progressive classes provide a dynamic workout without the need for individual assessments or tailored programs, making it easy for you to jump right in and start benefiting immediately.
NB: Easily adapted to your mobility and fitness levels. Classes are kept small, so everyone can benefit.
