Ergonomic and Functional Analysis
Worksite assessments involve the ergonomic and functional analysis of a specific workplace and/or individual role. They are often used in return to work services to help identify the specific functional and operational requirements of an employee’s pre-injury role. This helps to guide treatment and rehabilitation to be targeted and specific, and also assists in being able to identify suitable/modified duties (or recommended workplace modifications), which are appropriate for the injured worker.
Assessment Report
A report will be generated from this assessment and will include recommendations for both the employee and employer from a physical and/or psychological perspective. Any apparent industrial concerns may also be raised in the interests of holistic care and smoothing a transition back to work.
