Health Optimisation Testing
Longevity, Performance & Wellness Assessments in Adelaide with Clinical Interpretation
Measure the baseline. Understand what it means. Know what to do next.
Clinician-led from start to finish
Every assessment is conducted and interpreted by a qualified and experienced Altaira Allied Health clinician. Depending on the assessment, your clinician may be an Exercise Physiologist, Dietitian or Physiotherapist.
Our qualified and experienced clinicians use evidence-informed assessment to help you understand your aerobic fitness, resting energy requirements, body composition, hydration-related measures, strength, balance and movement capacity.
You will not be left with a dashboard of unexplained numbers. Your results are considered alongside your goals, health history, lifestyle, training background and current capacity so you can make more informed decisions about exercise, nutrition, recovery and performance.
Your clinician will explain what your results mean and identify appropriate next steps. These may include exercise recommendations, nutrition support, a Physiotherapy pathway, a review assessment or referral to another health professional where appropriate.
